We enjoy working with students, neurodivergent individuals, and those who would like person-centred experience. This means engaging in services that are tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and challenges rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
We take a similar approach when completing our in-depth assessments, which are tailored to each client's unique strengths and challenges in an evidence-based, supportive, culturally responsive environment.

Psychological assessments are a significant investment because they involve an extensive time commitment and clinical resources. The process includes in-depth clinical interviews, standardized testing, scoring, analysis, and a comprehensive written report with tailored recommendations.
In addition to direct testing time, clinicians spend many hours interpreting results, writing reports, and providing personalized feedback. Assessments also require the use of specialized, standardized tools that are costly to administer and score.
At Heart Berry Psychology, we strive to ensure that assessments are thorough, meaningful, and provide valuable insights that can guide academic, career, and personal decisions.
A complimentary 45-minute consultation is offered before committing to an assessment, allowing you to discuss the benefits, ask questions, and clarify pricing.
-
For your assessment, we recommend bringing any previous school reports and clinical documents relevant to the assessment (i.e., existing assessment reports) that may help provide a fuller picture of your history and support needs. If additional documents are required, Tishina will discuss them with you prior or during your initial appointment.
-
Payment for therapy and assessments is due on the day of the service. A receipt will be provided upon payment, which may be submitted for insurance or reimbursement purposes if applicable.
-
Cancellations or schedule changes require 48 hours' notice. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, a cancellation or no-show fee will be charged:

Cancellation fees must be paid by the end of the day of the originally scheduled appointment. We understand that things happen! Please reach out to hello@heartberrypsychology.com for last-minute urgent changes or cancellations.
