Welcome to Heart Berry Psychology, a sole proprietor private practice, which is part of the vibrant Riverwest Therapy Collective. Heart Berry derives its name from "ode’imin" of the Anishinaabe language, representing a strawberry plant with a wild, complex root system. Ode’imin embodies sweetness, bitterness, and juiciness, with resilient roots deeply entwined in the earth, symbolizing a life-giving force. It symbolizes our heart and its integration into all aspects of our being and actions. My aspiration is for everyone to feel connected to their life force, their relationships, and themselves, whether through the support of assessment or therapy services.

“I can't believe my reserve of water—from my nose and eyes. I have dormant fluid in my body, every woman does. I don't know if I am a cavern or a river. Once, you said I was a geyser: a hole in the ground—bursting.”
― Terese Marie Mailhot, Heart Berries
